H2H kings of the traditional 8 divisions?

Everyone can get dropped.. but consitantly.. Duran's feet didn't leave the canvas much... and like I said.. this is H2H against everyone.. I think Whitaker would end up not getting the nod against SO many other ATG.. versus Duran who has a more.. judge friendly style..

 

I see what Lartize is saying, but I agree with you as well luf.

Sweet Pea getting a flash kd here and there might be pivotal if we're judging him in time machine fights against the cream of the crop though, which is what Lartize is sayin'...

HW: Joe Frazier

LHW: Billy Conn

MW: Les Darcy

WW: Sugar Ray Robinson

LW: Roberto Duran

FW: Jeff Fenech

BW: Jeff Fenech

FlW: Fighting Harada

 

Darcy is shockingly overrated IMO.

Fenech is not a ridiculous shout at all luf.

 

Prime Frazier was beats everyone in history H2H an absolute ****ing beast. He stops Foreman around the 8th like Ali.

Conn was a beast wherever he fought and LHW was his best division. In his career he beat great fighters such as: Vince Dundee, Fritzie Zivic, Babe Risko, Teddy Yarosz, Young Corbett III, Tony Zale, Fred Apostoli, Melio Bettina, Solly Krieger and that great performance against prime Joe Louis when outweighed by 30 pounds. Who else could have fought Louis like that with so much success and a weight disadvantage like that. Billy Conn was one of a kind the like we will never see again.

Darcy was better than Robinson at middle and didnt consistently lose there. This is one fight I would bet everything I got on Darcy.

Duran speaks for himself. Sweet Pea don't have the power to keep him off for 15 rounds.

Fenech is a mini Frazier. See above.

Flyweights a tricky one and there's a few answers I'd be happy with here. Harada just a great all around fighter.

Darcy is considered overated by some because he died so young. Yet if I remember correctly he had 96 fights when he died and a stacked resume better than 90% of fighters have that fight till 40. Why don't people rate Salvador Sanchez the same. Just stupid bias towards certain fighters. Also Harry Greb was a year older than Darcy and in 1917 he hadn't achieved a tenth of what Les Darcy achieved. A truly great phenomenom who would have improved so much more over the next 10 years, the likes we will never see again.

 

I rate Darcy over what he actualy did. Some good contenders, nothing more. Looks very good but not mind blowing on film.

Fact is he didn't do what Greb did, so doesn't deserve to be rated over him. Wasted potential is just that.

 

Well this is head to head and Darcy was all wrong for Greb I guarantee u. Darcy beat a whole heap of great fighters not just good contenders. If Harry tried to get Dirty with Les he would cop it back twice as much. This is a poor Aussie we talking about they love that ****. Also whatever Greb can land with his quick, multiple slaps won't be enough to keep Les off. Darcy grinds him down with his superior speed, power and technical skill.
