I tried to find out otherwise by reading this particular article over and over, but it seems as though this is Clinton McKenzie's top 5 P4P list of all time. Who he considers the greatest fighters that have ever put on a pair of gloves. His explanations were a bit strange though, he seemed to put a lot of stock in charisma, claiming Sugar Ray Robinson had none. It was a befuddling article to say the least. The quotes next to the fighter is what I remember him saying about each one, it isn't complete. 1. Sugar Ray Leonard - "Was an entertainer. Speed and power. I fought him in the Olympics" 2. Sugar Ray Robinson - "Undefeated as an Ameateur, scored 40 first round knockouts. No charisma" 3. Muhammad Ali - Blah blah how great he is, but closed with "I'd still rather watch Leonard or Robinson" 4. Marvin Hagler - He was indeed Marvelous. 5. Thomas Hearns - 5 divisional champion, also an entertainer.
I'm quite a tolerant soul all in all, with a considerable streak of liberalism and pacifism in me. But I knew there had be a commendable argument for reinstating the death penalty, and here it is.
Clinton fought Leonard in the amateurs. Think it may have been at the Olympics so he has a soft spot for him. Clinton is a good guy.
:goodhe's entitled to his opinion too.i think p4p lists are pointless anyway and when i see a list with langford and greb in them ,they look all the more funny
Have a look at the first Billy Hardy fight. Billy took him all thr way. I thought he'd won until I added my score up and had Canizales 1 point up.
