had berrara not gashed his head do you reckon he would have found khan out, when i watched the fight live i remember 2 occassions when it looked like khan was genuinely hurt, i dont know what would have happened in all honesty, as berraras always had issues with guys with speed, but OTOH its not like khans hard to work out would have been interesting.

I don't know but, before the fight, I thought Khan would win convincingly and I didn't see anything during the fight to make me change my mind.

No. Khan was too big, too fast and too strong for Barerra.

Doubt it. But with Marco you can never say never, the man has defied the odds and shocked the world more than once. But I'm biased he's my favourite fighter.

    Possibly.

It was way too early in the fight for anyone to say that Khan was too good and too quick for him. The fight didn't even get going when Barrera got cut and you don't write off a legend like him so quick.

khan was definatly shaken a couple of times.I thought it at when at the fight and again when i watched it on the box.I believe though that amir would have gone on to win,too big, too fast, barrera, smaller, too old an slow.
I was just pleased to see a true legend in the flesh, barrera got an unbelievable reception that night. As he did at the weigh inn.

Three fights before mid thirties Barrera coped fine with the featherweight version of Pacman

Three fights before Khan was going life and death with mid thirties featherweight Michael Gomez

I think the fight was bull**** to be honest the fight should have been stoped and called a no contest and a rematch made. I think MAB would have done Khan sooner or later. If Khan had been cut the fight would have been stoped and not dragged out long enough for khan to get the stopage.

The tactics khan employed were always going to make it difficult for mab. Plus he looked **** at the weight it was all against him

Of course not Barrera had no chance- nobody does. I mean he's only won various world titles and has a vicious punch in either hand.
