had berrara not been cut would he still have had a genuine chance?

He had very little chance, never carried his dig up past 126lbs really, always had the boxing ability to make Khan work/adjust etc etc but was so outgunned in terms of physical attributes-handspeed but he wouldn't have got going regardless of the cut IMO.
