Mayweather actually did quite a bit of that, considering that he was a natural junior lightweight who probably could have fought his entire below 147.

He certainly went up the weights though his long frame could manage. It would have been nice to see how he adapted his skill set to the likes of Paul Williams and Erislandy Lara.

The FIRST thing Mayflower would need to do is grow a pair of bollox big enough to give him the courage to even get in the ring with a prime Duran. Never mind that garbage about beating him and making him look stupid. Duran would lay the kind of beating on Mayflower that JLC wished he could have, and very nearly did.

As for the thread title, no disrespect but it might as well be " Had Axel Rose imitated Pavarotti "........

to be honest i think that it would be competitive, but i hate this ****ing idiot nebur obsessed with duran, every ****ing time that anyone says that floyd would beat duran he will answer his shi7 again. at 135 is the best chance for duran, at 147 no ****ing chance !!! floyd beats him by wiiide ud

foxy don´t be biased and absurd, you know perfectly that mayweather would beat duran at 147 and at 135 it would be competitive.( don´t mention the first leonard fight because sugar fought the dumbest fight ever and fought the fight of duran, floyd never ever would fight like that, he would outbox duran and would counter punch him to death
