Thanks! No, funnily enough I can’t even tough my toes. Can’t get past my knees for that matter. I just rely on very long legs

I had a couple amateur fights between 13-19 but went off to school and ****. Before that I was in Karate from 5 or 6 til 12. Never really got super into it til I figured it was already too late to really get started seriously. Now I'll soon be 40 and I just hit the bag and run to stay in shape mostly.
