    I think so, if you watch it back Brook wasn't the same after it happened.

    Didn't see a headbutt tbh, but orthodox Vs southpaw always suffers from headbutting

    wasn't a headbutt. Brook was getting beat up to teh body and head all fight. He felt that Spence was still coming on like a freight train and was still strong so he quit.
