Inriguing matches ,I think Hagler just outpoints Joey.Walker would be more of an even opponent I feel , guys that just came in to you often got handled by Giardello reasonably well see the Tiger fights,Walker possibly takes two of a three fight series ,but it could just as easily go the other way, imo.

An in-shape, motivated and focused Giardello is a tough fight for anyone in middleweight history including Hagler and Walker. In a multi fight series with them I would bet he would win some of those fights probably by decision.

Giardello could be brilliant - I mean one of the ten best middleweights ever. Hagler was a bit better, but I could see him having more than just problems. I'd still count on him to turn up the heat in the last couple of rounds for the win. Main adversity? Giardello's counter right hand, which would be most effective if Hagler switched to orthodox which he probably would at some point. He'd be best to avoid doing that.

I like Walker but ain't totally sold on him. Quicker on his feet than Dick Tiger, similar power and likewise really tough, but in the skills department I think he is trailing (not that he wasn't slick on the front foot). A ferocious workrate would back up Giardello for pretty much the whole fight but Walker would get hit with enough counters to lose.
