    I lean toward Hearns

Hearns hit Ray more than Hagler did and floored him twice, but Ray move far more v Hagler, he stood rigt in front of Hearns, if he had done that v Hagler he would have been destroyed, plus he couldn`t hurt Hagler.

Well Hearns got a draw in a fight he should have won. Leonard has admitted this on multiple occasions. Hagler was simply outboxed.

    It's obviously Hearns.

My thoughts too but many think Hagler won.

Simply out-boxed? That fight was close as hell with Ray running loads and spending the mid rounds gassed on the ropes, rallying with pitty pat punches at the end of each round, Ray stood right in front of Hearns.

Hearns fight and by a mile. He had him knocked down twice and really hurt him.

Well Hagler won that fight and Hearns won the 2nd fight. To bad they were not judged correctly

Hard to miss two knockdowns so I would say Hearns

However, even though Hagler had absolutely nothing left (he was in shape though) i had him further ahead on points than Hearns

Never trust anyone with a personal bias who says "Hagler was simply outboxed". There are still people pulling this stunt. Instead, go to an objective source in which rounds scored correctly, can be verified

JT also believes Leonard Norris was close. some people just don't know how to score a fight.

got to give him credit; he got up and put a previously damaged Hitman (or is it hurtman?) on ***** street

Hearns was looking really shaky in previous fights so you shouldnt expect too much from him anyways.

The Leonard-Hagler fight was NOT close. Leonard outsmarted Hagler who gave away the first 3-4 rounds by fighting orthodox, how stupid.
Hearns hurt Ray knocking him down twice and really won that fight despite the decision, Hagler did nothing against Leonard except look stupid.

You're right, it really wasnt as close as many say

Hagler was apparently even further ahead than we previously thought

    Just count the rounds!

Leonard won the CompuBox stats on percentage of punches landed and power punches landed as well as total number of power punches and punches landed overall. That being said adding up punches is not the only way to score a fight.

Compubox is not known for its accuracy as it cannot distinguish between a "scoring" blow to those that were taken on the gloves or glancing blows, grazes, etc.

Much like certain judges who tend to score bouts incorrectly

In terms of actual scoring punches, Hagler outscored Leonard which is the name of the game
