As I said there is more to scoring fights than adding up punches. That being said if you believe a YouTuber is of more utility than CompuBox which is heavily relied upon in covering boxing matches there is nothing I can do to disabuse you of that notion .

Leonard had too much speed and was too smart for Marvin. Duran said after his fight with Hagler that Leonard was better and told Leonard he could beat him. He was right.

I've scored it plenty of times. Hagler's always about 2 points behind. Others have different takes but on the whole, for me, SRL outboxed him. I didn't mean he did it "simply" or easily i meant it as, say, "the simple case for me is that SRL outboxed him". I stand by it.

It was and remains a hotly contested bout. Marvin was a 4-1 favorite.

Please provide a link to where JT said Leonard - Norris was close.

If you can't give proof of the pudding feel free to go back to your famous alt....

    more to it like what?

The method used by the Youtuber should not be thrown out on account of being a Youtuber

the fact is, we know a lot more now than we did then when all there was was Compubox, an outdated, outmoded, and inadequate technology by two individuals we know nothing about. And their credentials are???

whereas with this video, it is much more upfront as anyone can see what exactly occurs at any point during the entire fight. There is nothing hidden, nothing questionable as with Compubox where there is no breakdown of the action

It takes OUT the subjective bias that goes along with fan favorites also. There is none of this "I've scored it plenty of times. Hagler's always about 2 points behind "

These people simply dont know what's going on and are still influenced by the commentary

They dont and note how they cannot produce any details in their accusations

it is the usual ad hominem they use out of frustration which I think hurts their case

Imagine a 50+ year old man resorting to such juvenile videos as used above by the seemingly "nice" JT

How is this video being used to show bias? Quite the opposite in fact. It shows your bias because you refuse to accept subjective proof observable to the human senses.

It's been blatantly obvious for ages now.

If it looks like a rooster, walks like a rooster and crows like a rooster............

Nothing juvenile about a magnificent, proud, crowing ROOSTER!!!!!

Slip back into those old feathers and do some crowing of your own old ****!

Hearns but that was a more faded version of SRL than the version who fought Hagler 2 years earlier.

No but he definitely lost, Leonard won a convincing decision.
