I'd agree this ***** slapping was stunning enough to rival Tyson - Spinks. Unfortunately you were Spinks.

Thanks mate. I've been off this week, looking after the 'bin lids', so i've had more time on here. I do think Waldorf and Statler is far more appropriate as we're dealing with two old geezers. :good

... But Marciano had the advantage over all three of them.

    I wasn't rating active fighters.

So why don't you fill up your list with lightweight names?

My point is that if a middleweight is to be in the top 10 pound for pound of all time, then Hagler is in the list.

    I do :nut

Look at it: Armstrong, Leonard, Duran, Ross, Canzoneri, Arguello, Chavez, Williams, Ortiz, Gans, Whitaker - all in the top thirty three. That's a third of the entire list, and when you consider there are eight divisions...

I'm with you here. That's why Monzon's in my Top 10. Hagler Top 20. Middleweight's always been my favourite division. The characters, the rivalries, the fights. It's been magical (gone downhill lately, mind).

I think you missed the meaning of his message. Might be wrong tho.

How highly do you rate the middleweights since Hagler?.

    Nunn, Toney, Hopkins, etc.
