I believe Steele has a pretty favorable style against Hagler. Quick footed boxer-counterpuncher with enough power to keep Hagler honest. I would imagine Hagler needing to turn it up as it goes to win, which isn't impossible for him to do. It would be tough but prime for prime I could see Steele taking a close decision as the more likely result.
