What would be Marvin Haglers most impressive rematch victory? He has had a few: Hamsho, Antuofermo, Obelmejias to name a couple.

Monroe III - although that's if a rubber match is technically considered a rematch.

You could also argue Watt II or Seales III, although IMO those results had as much to do with those guys being washed up as anything Hagler did.

Wasn't Seales half blind by that time?

The Worm schooled the Marvelous one first time round, but despite still being given hell, Hagler turned around the rematch.

The Vito rematch was arguably the sweetest though.

The second Antuofermo fight for me. Considering how easier he found it,compared to their first go at each other.

Hamsho. Hagler was thought to be on the way down, and Hamsho was on a nice run, with nice victories over Benitez, Czyz, and Parker in a rematch. A lot of people at the time thought that this fight might be a lot closer and more competitive than the first fight, and no one was predicting that Hagler would score two kds, and torch Hamsho inside of three rounds.

So, taking that into context, this is probably his best rematch victory.

That one with Obelmejias, where he jumped up and coldcocked him.

Hamsho for me. That one was complete domination.

i'll have that one too.hagler beat a man who'd previously been thought to have been impervious to punches.3 rounds was all it took.obelmejias shouldn't have been in the ring with hagler either time
