Running began last week ( 4 runs ) After this weeks running i will begin the bodywork etc. Am easing maself into it so theres no lapsing. If i post up what my diet was for the last year, you wouldnt believe me. Beer too aye. Crazy to think i had an introverted 6 pack there, couldnt push my belly out. Anyways, all stopped last week. Cheers :good
A.M. 1 coffee 2 apples 3.5 mile run 10 pressups ( yes i could of done more and its laughable ) Not really up to date with the terms and names. No mid section work at all today though i will do some "planks" later. Taking it very slow indeed but enjoying it rather than going all out and being sick of it within a few days

Finally got to my old gym last night Been asked to compete in a cpl months Currently 74KG need to get down to 69Kg....cant see me making Lightweight again Got the taste back......pics later :good
