Three runs since ma last post. Tomorrow will be ma 3rd gym session within the week. Just lots of different circuits and pad work combo's.
3 mile run including lampost sprints. 50 pressups Ab/Core workout. Full body wax/shave = 2 kg lighter Gym tomorrow :good
General circuits = stretching + sprints after 10-15 min skip. 4 x bag (working on straight punching combo's) 1 x pad's (working on distance/countering) 2 x bag, its maybe called HITT or whatever the term. 1 x pad's (working on my favourite combo's....fortunately) 2 x bag (free) Stepups/pressups/stars/cyclework/burpees every 30 secs to finish.
