    Of course he deserves to be in. It's the Hall of Fame, which is based on influence and general recognition. Vargas was very influential and famous in his prime and remains to be a household name. I've never really liked Vargas but it takes no brains whatsoever to know he easily belongs in the hall of fame.

    In his best day He'd would ragdolled a lot of todays current 154 pounders . He was always exciting to watch .

    Despite all of that ima have to say No , hes not hall of fame worthy IMO .

    Didn't accomplish enough .
