Just got the word that Mike Tyson was elected to Hall of Fame.
The man served his time for **** and other offences.
But never judge a great fighter for his horrible behaviour outside the ring. Ali and Graziano are forgived for their rufusals to serve their country.
Carlos Monzon was an awfull husband - killing his wife - but he was a truly great boxer.
Tyson never raped an opponent -
no ! he had a taste for eating his opponent. Took a bite of Holyfields ear, tasted Lewis thigh and tried to break Bothas arm of for a barbecue session.
He belongs to boxings Hall of Shame a long with Luis Resto, Panama Lewis and a lot of criminal *******s who disgraced The Noble Art.

So arguably the most recognizable boxing star in history should not get in boxing hall of fame.

Because dubious **** conviction, that was followed similar dubious **** charges to other sport stars.

I dont think a criminal record should keep you out of the hall of fame.

Yeah he got set up and the crazy thing is he didn't get a fair trial. His lawyer was Don King's tax attorney and not even a criminal attorney. Only in America.

Dude cancel your damn account. You just got word on some **** that is old news which shows you don't know **** about boxing. Just got the word that you don't know **** about boxing when I opened this thread. True boxing fans know Tyson didn't **** that woman. Holyfield bit an opponent once. Plenty of fighters have done something dirty in the ring like an intentional LOW BLOW. :patsch

Of course Tyson deserves the Hall of Fame regardless of bad his behaviour.

Tyson was a true force of nature and although he never fully realised his potential his service to boxing is legit. His bad conduct is relevant but shouldn't go against his boxing record.

Youngest heavyweight champ, 10 good defences, some good quality opposition and one of the most exciting, must see fighters you've ever watched.

A tragic story really, who knows what Tyson might have achieved with better management and fewer personal problems.

By the time he fought Berbick Tyson alone had put boxing right back into the mainstream. Every fight became a major event and even today he is probably the most famous boxer in the world.

Tyson isn't the greatest boxer of all time by any stretch, but why would anyone want to deny him a place in the Hall of Fame? His ring achievements are good enough and he was very good for boxing.

    No, of course he did´nt **** that ***** !
90 % of all convicts are innocent - at least that´s what they claim !
And oh yeahhh ! He did´nt get a fair trail - 90% of all convicted never got a fair trail - at least that´s what they claim !
And oh oh yeahh ! plenty of fighters bite each other !!????? So don´t blame Tyson for biting of Holyfields ear - that´s the way of boxing according to
