Because it years ago it's almost impossible to pull up the articles, but back when Mayweather was @ 130 and Hamed Morales and Barrera were @ 126, all 3 said they didn't want to fight him, and Hamed said in an interview around the time that he fought Kevin Kelly, when asked if he wanted a match with Mayweather his exact words were "No way that guy's too good'. I thought it was awkward that he would say that publicly.

Who remembers that Hamed interview? I know most of you are like 19 and were in diapers then, but for the rest of us who remembers?

My memory could be foggy, but as I remember Barrera and Morales were at 122, with Barrera moving up in weight to face Hamed. Hamed and Mayweather were both interesting in fighting in each other given if Hamed got past Barrera. Either way I thought all 3 were too small.

Your memory IS foggy...Hamed said Mayweather was too good "no way that guy is too good" with a smile on his face.

They never ducked Fraud, Fraud lived to far for them to fight. They weren't fighting to see who was the best anyway, it's all about making fights that will moves them a step up.

Hahahah..they were two weight classes below....

Anyways it's a well known fact that Morales abused young Floyd in sparring. It was a clinic in applying the feint.

They were never at the same division plus Hamed never even fought above 126. Going by the OP logic then Duckweather ducked Martinez and is now ducking GGG. So do OP do you think Duckweather ducked Martinez and is now ducking GGG or your logic only aplies to other fighters other than duckweather?

I think we all know Floyd has no intention of fighting GGG and the reasons why.

If it wasn't for Gennady he'd be super keen to fight to Cotto at middleweight.

This forum needs to ban alot of you trolls who say things you don't believe. You buffoons act as if you know Mayweather personally. How old are you little girl?

Morales couldn't even beat Zahir Raheem. Morales and Barrera didn't beat anybody but each other.

It was Emmanuel Steward that said they (referring to he and Hamed) wanted nothing to do with Floyd iirc.

Around that time, Barrera put a whipping on Chico Corrales (Rip) as El Terrible did on the supposedly unbeatable Mayweather. Just goes to show how great Barrera and Morales really were in their primes or at 126. Naz was exciting, but not on the same level.

Hamed was too small to think about that fight. At his height he was already pretty thick for 126.

Barrera and Morales would probably have beaten him back at that time.
