    His bad hands were obviously one of the reasons why he retired, but there were many many more factors that contributed.

    Heard Manny Steward in an interview say Naz only spared 4 rounds prior to the MAB fight and he had fallen out of love with boxing. Still if he was losing his power that is hardly surprising

    Hardly. Love hime or hate him. Hamed brought a lot of excitment and $$$ to the lower weight divisions.
    Unfortunately, boxing needs characters like Hamed a lot more than Hamed needs boxing.

    I think I remember that, its also due to his style with the power he did have, the way he would throw those akward shots not tradition turning the shot over, sometimes he would come down on his left hand as if it were a hammer.

    Poor guy, I always thought Barrera sent him packing but I do recall he had alot of hand issues.
