anyone know of any good additional support for your your hands when on the bag (besides wraps)?I broke both my hands ( four metacarpals in one and three in the other) and my right wrist in a fight about 18 months ago, ive finally got the point where i can hit the bags again but not for long or at full power,im thinking i'll just stick it out for a few weeks and see what happens.

is that just (as google tells me) a local anesthetic?because i dont want to damage my hand anymore than i have already, though that could be useful if your hand was givin you jib before an impotant fight i suppose

^ Dude was joking about the Xylocaine, word to Floyd. For hand protection, I use the much hated Everlast gel glove wraps under a pair of Mexican hand wraps.

Use a sponge cut down to size to fit over your knuckles.
