    if somebody is holding my legs or near the wall or something like that. cant do without help, yet :)

    I like to mix up doing them to the head against the wall, full range and freestanding... I find each carries over to the other ones. Here's a video I did awhile back with some tips on them. youtube.com/watch?v=8PmLL_c9b2Y

    Well i can do it with the help of someone because i can't do it alone. Thank you Legend for this video. I will watch it.

    Thanks, yeah I cant do a handstand without help / wall and pillows or cushions underneath (Head) will help initally to reduce the motion.

    It is one of the more beneficial upper body pressing motions, both in terms of effectiveness and being shoulder friendly. First begin with a wall handstand hold for 60" though.
