I in general in the hand wrapping instructional videos I have looked at they wrap between the fingers at some point after the wrsit and knuckles have been covered.

However I have been told by soemone into boxing that this is a no no.

    Where lieth the truth?

Is there a tangible benefit to wrapping between fingers?

  2. I hate it, its far too uncomfortable. But some people do it at the end of the wrap to sort of secure the bundle or something.

I'm pretty sure i've seen most of the pros do it though. Hopefully someone here can be of help to both of us!

I use the longest wraps i could find the cleto reyes ones. I wrap inbetween the fingers , the secret is not to do it toooo tightly as its very uncomfortable. It took me a while but i wrap my hands now like that and never have a problem. Feels alot more secure too

Depends on how you want it, it's just personal preference

Going between the fingers creates a nice tight secure wrap.
