no need for research. some basic biomechanics is enough to know, a big wrist and a heavy fist at the end of ones arm will multiply the effects of a punch ridiculously.
It seems that almost every guy I knew with small hands and power was done by their early 20s because their hands kept breaking.
hmmmmmmmmmmm really. well look at david tua hands and wrist......both are not big..yet he hits very hard. Bigs hand, small hans, big wrists, small wrists could all prove one way or the other if you hit hard or not. But you could have big hands that shatter easily and smalls hand that do not.
From a point of pure physics, smaller hands should do more damage. You have the same amount of force compressed into a smaller space, so it should do more damage where it hits. Small hands and wrists may mean a greater likelihood of injury though.
I always thought that Sonny Liston was such a devastating puncher because he had both huge fists and pretty good handspeed.
Yea. We're called the owmc lol. but naw, it's cause at our gym we do measurements and ****. Just to make sure everything is "A-OK"
Tony TNT Tucker has the smallest puniest hands ii ever saw on a heavyweight, but he was a very heavy hitter and gave Mike Tyson an extremely tough fight.. He shook my hand before his Lennox Lewis fight and the handshake was like it was designed to shake limp lettuce leaves..
