wraps definitely, perhaps doing some weight training for your forearms may help too.

Do you go to a boxing gym? If not I'm guessing it could be punch technique. Do you have hand wraps?

if you're wrapping your hands it's because you're wrapping them too tight. If not it's probably because you aren't wrapping them.

you're hitting the heavy bag for 1 1/2 hrs every day for 10 days straight? Are you new?

Because, well, this is sorta dumb overkill if so and it would shocking if your hands weren't killing you. How about working some other things in. And yea, like, wrap up properly.

I use a 200 something lb bag, I tried hitting the 300 ish lb bag, but it really messed up my hands. try using lighter bags. also wrapping your hands toooo tightly will squeeze your knuckles together and that hurts. you can also cut up a sponge and put it in your hand wrap. start wrapping and wrap your knuckles, add sponger, wrap your knuckles more, then thumb, reverse, etc.

Sounds to me that many heavy bag sessions in succession is counterproductive. For 90 minutes, on alternate days, you might be better off doing shadow boxing, sparring and mitt pad drills, or even plyometric exercises.

I guess it might be difficult if you don't have a trainer or a training partner, so you really can't spar or do the mitts.

But you can always shadow box. It puts less stress on your body. Also, it'll help you with your punching technique and your footwork. You can even use it to practice slipping and other defensive maneuvers.

I actually shadow box all the time. It's something you can do anywhere, anytime. I even shadow box on my way to the toilet, while on the toilet, and on my way out from the toilet. But I have to warn you, shadow boxing in public will make you look like a total nut.
