It averaged out like 1 punch landed per minute in the fight. That's a mad punch stat

Just because Haney looked good against an old decrepit Regis who he had a stylistic advantage over, let us not forget that he barely beat JoJo Diaz and that he had his bell rung so violently by Jorge Linares, it was still jangling three rounds later. Ryan got KO'd by Tank Davis, a guy that KO'd Mario Barrios, someone Keith Thurman and Yordenis Ugas two actual legitimate welterweights couldn't put a dent in. So let's not start acting like Ryan is glass jawed easy KO win. Ryan is really fast, has good timing, and hits really really mother****ing hard. And yes, he can KO Devin Haney.

Just say Garcia is underrated rather than going all those lengths saying Haney is bad etc.. Haney was undisputed and beat Loma etc.

Haney fans holding on to a 35 year old washed up, doesn't know how to cut off the ring or use a jab Regis Prograis as a statement Devin is proven at 140 is mindless and wild. Prograis already has been dropped by Zorilla and never improved since 2019 when he lost to Josh Taylor. Also since 2019, Prograis has ducked Subriel Matias and opted out to fight C level fighters. Prograis was always overrated and limited. Hitchins/Ortiz would beat him so Devin beating him isn't a statement at all. Devin went for Regis because he's scared to fight Matias without a belt. If Devin went for Matias, he would have to abide by the IBF 10lb rehydration limit. We all know Devin would never take that risk, so he went the safe route in going after the old champ coming off a bad preformance.

Haney has 1 fight at 140 against the weakest 140 champion who was available. We live in an era now where fighters get tons of hype over one fight. Let Devin have 3-5 fights at 140 before we proclaim him as king at 140.

Beating 35-38 year olds or Gervonta former opponents or former 126lbers is essentially Devin Haneys entire resume if you don't count his first 19 opponents who had a record of 114-149 and most of Haneys KOs were in Mexico. Paulie Malginaggi has more KOs in the USA than Devin. Devins team strategically pairs him with known names when they're well passes their prime. Gamboa who got KOed by Davis at age 38. Linares at age 36. Regis at 35. Loma at 35(best version of Loma was pre 2020).

I'm not buying the Haney hype.

P Diddy and my son Pimp C will, but I won't.

Garcia can crack and Haney likely doesn´t have the best chin when it comes to world class boxing. But Haney´s defense is solid. And he knows how to hold on for dear life if need be.
I wouldn´t be shocked if Garcia lays him out with one shot, but I would be shocked if Garcia lands more than 10 punches in any round.

Loma is an ATG. You’re obviously deluded and biased.

It would be cool to see Garcia lay him out. He has the speed and power and Haney isn’t a big puncher so Garcia can pressure him.

Don't sweat him, man. He once tried to convince me that Loma "swerved" Miguel Berchelt (and continued to insist it long after I more than demonstrated the absurdity of that proposition).

Loma would have absolutely battered Berchelt.

OK...for arguments sake, lets say Haney is NOT anything special. And Garcia is??? Talk about one sided break downs....

Weren't these the same statements made before Garcia was flatlined by Davis. Garcia has power, timing, speed...etc lol.

The haters spent years crying about Davis then after the Garcia KO, Davis has legit skills, biggest puncher in boxing. Absolutely hilarious.
