He will have to in order to ‘defeat’ Loma. I’m hoping Loma can crack him in close like he did to Commey. Loma should beat him though.

I don't. There is absolutely no shame whatsoever in losing to an incredibly talented prizefighter like Loma (should things play out that way).

Thanks Reignhardt. But the truth is, I still get'em wrong just as often (if not more often) than I get them right.

That could wind up becoming one of the biggest keys in the fight - winning the mini-battles in close.

In terms of style, you could be right, but I think Haney brings a degree of combined size and athleticism and IQ that Loma will find burdensome for sure.

I'd be shocked if either guy wins easily, but regardless, I'm just fired-up the fight is happening.

McDermott was coming off two back-to-back losses when he beat 70/30

As much as Haney likes a bit of grappling it could be his undoing here! Yes he does need to impose his greater strength and weight but, as we've seen before Loma can be very good at getting out of a clinch and turning it to his advantage. In my opinion Loma has the superior ring IQ but do his feet still dance the beautiful dance they did!? Haney could wear his opponent down very quickly especially if he's allowed to grab. This could be close but, and this is coming from a Loma fan, I think Haney is going to take it.

These are funny. No surprises, the same clowns who predicted Rigo was going to break Loma’s jaw are picking Haney. It’s a close fight and Haney has a great chance but these guys are never going to pick an Eastern fighter over a member of their tribe.
