People just hate Haney for other reasons. Loma did not win this fight.

Ya let’s see a rematch. Fight was good. Would be good in a rematch. Let’s do it.
Haney is learning lots on the job the last couple fights. It’ll be interesting to see what he picks up from this fight.
I had it 115-113 for Loma. IMO if Haney didn’t learn enough last night he loses pretty clear in a rematch.

Team Loma are appealing but they'll never overturn the decision because of all the betting that took place on the fight - especially seeing as it was held in Vegas.

They might make enough noise to force Team Haney into a rematch to try and save face.

    Everything is so fake

Rematch for what? He smoked Haney. Loma would be robbed even worse the second time.

No, Loma took more punishment. Loma's face was marked up - red marks on the forehead, under the eyes, on his nose, and his body was red from body shots. Haney was punching harder, and landed harder. Haney was the bigger, younger fighter. Loma the smaller fighter with faster hands. But the thudding shots, those were from Haney.

LOL. Loma was never hurt by Haney, and Haney was rocked by Loma several times late in the fight. Try again.

Never said he was hurt. But he was clearly marked up. Haney did have some blood coming out of his mouth in between rounds, but there was no bruising or swelling on his face. When it comes to who hits harder, I think they're comparable, but the difference is that Haney puts more weight into his punches. Loma has fast hands but he doesn't really load up on shots.

For a moment Haney had people believe he ain't a paper champ. Well, now he is a fake, exposed weight-in mummy, and he needs good wins to redeem himself. Except Tank and Shakur are likely too much for him, and he might just end up Lopezed like Teofimo and Rolly.

Euro faces mark up easier, and given the expectations of what is going to happen in the fight (Haney imposing his height, reach, weight, and youth to keep Lomachenko away) it's an embarassing performence from Haney as far as we compare it to what was advertised of him. Lomachenko was moving foward, pressing the action, landing flush, and given that he is the young, unified, undefeated champion, rounds like the 11th should never have happened. Not to mention all those times he was on the ropes early on.

I don't blame them one bit for not wanting the rematch given how many times they've been screwed by the refs and judges already in his short career. Truth is they don't and won't play even remotely fair over in the US and they will rob you blind every single time. That's how they keep their stranglehold on the sport, by having to stack the deck and cheat like crazy and rob the foreigner all the time.

The trash fans of the likes of Haney categorically don't believe certain types of fighter ever deserve a fair shake and they always without fail score against them and in favour of their boys no matter how egregious or disgusting the robbery was.

They watch these fighters get robbed of their dreams time and time again, robbed of a huge part of their legacies, their earning potential etc. Watch them get their dreams get crushed and they don't care one iota. They laugh about even. They're repulsive.

I wonder if Arum was genuine, or saying it for people to sod off. Don King was crying that Golota is the uncrowned king of the heavyweight division after he himself likely robbed him blind against Ruiz.

Knowing old Bob, he was angry that Haney allowed the fight to create this much controversy.

There were several times when Loma could have trapped Haney in the corner but he let him out. Lomachenko wasn't moving forward the entire fight. Sometimes he would retreat, sometimes he would press forward. I especially liked it when Loma did those quick turns, every time he did it confused Haney. It was a definite learning experience for the young Champion, and I would say it was an underwhelming performance by Haney, certainly compared to what he did to Kambosos, but it was far from "embarrassing". Loma was a step up in class for Haney and, controversy or not, he passed the test. Any time you can get a win over a name like Loma, it's a big accomplishment.
