However he should be stepping up. Since he has the belt, he should be fighting top competition. He has yet to face a top 10 opponent. Haney is solid in my eyes. However if he wants to develop, he needs more difficult fights.
Yeah, I agree with that. The moment ANYONE wins a belt, the kiddie gloves are off and it should ONLY be the top guys from there out.
