    Someone called Manny #2 That may be right but to call Mayweather #1 is BS
    Floyd will be #1 the day he fights & LEGITIMATELY beats Manny Paquaio on a level playing field. No Vegas Officials like Kenny Bayless to protect him in the ring or judges to make sure the dec goes his way. No commission that lets him make up his own rules for the fight & also no use of Xylocaine a drug banned in most other states
    We know Mayweather doesn't have the cojones to do that so therefore he will NEVER be #1 or even top 10
