I got 2-0-1 in favour of `Terrible` I thought MAB managed a draw in the 3rd - throw in pac & Jones for extra daddy points ;)

Not really, Morales & Marquez were never in the position that pac-fmj & RJJ-Hopkins were... if they were, you know that fight gets done asap :D

I`ve seen that fight more than any other fight in history, it is the best fight ever IMO & it was very hard to score, it was razor close & either man could have got it, this was NOT a robbery, nowhere near it.

The KD was bull**** in round 12, I gave MAB the round regardless... here`s my scores for all 3 fights, just for future reference......

    Fight 1... Morales - rds 3,4,5,6,7,9 & 10...... Barrera - rds 1,2,8,11 & 12.
    7-5 Morales.

    Fight 2... Morales - rds 1,2,4,5,7,8,10 & 11.... Barrera - rds 6,9 & 12.... Even - rd 3.
    8-3-1 Morales (disgraceful robbery)

    Fight 3.... Morales - rds 2,4,7,8,11 & 12.... Barrera - rds 1,3,5,6,9 & 10.
    6-6 Even fight.

    :good

True, I never helped matters by putting Blade & Kitt in their place but it had to be done ;)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE GREATEST LEGEND OF THE GENERATION YET AGAIN :good

What a ****ing surprise you're so biased you probably had Morales beating Barrera by KO twice, in the end of the day the official record says 2-1 MAB and you and ****ing Morales will have to live with it.:deal

I`m content (I`m sure Erik is as well) with the careers of both men, H2H & career wise.... Morales is the better fighter & I`m glad the majority are starting to see it that way these days, tho it will always be close because both are superb ATG fighters but Morales was the man of his time, its all written, it was meant to be :deal

At the end of the day the record of Lewis v Holyfield read 1-0-1 to Lewis.... it also read 1-1 with Whitaker & Ramirez... 2-0-1 in pacs favour over JMM... the list goes on but you get my point Blade, judges cannot be trusted, a solid fan can judge for themselves.

My score of 2-0-1 to Morales is FAR more acceptable than 3-0 to Barrera as I`ve seen some dumbasses write down because that 2nd fight was a definite EM victory that IMO only a biased agenda driven fanboy could even give Marco a draw never mind a win in that one.

    Peace out :good

The first fight was a clear win for MAB only someone who had Morales nuts in front of his eyes had that fight for Morales, i have seen that fight in four different broadcasts and all of them had the fight for Barrera, the public ringside who booed the decision had it for Barrera every major magazine and all the main media outlets had the fight for MAB heres what some headlines from the Various Leading Boxing Magazines of the time:

KO: "Defiling a Masterpiece: Morales and Barrera fought their Hearts out.....Then came the Decision"

The Ring: " 'I Pressed Him, I Hurt Him & I Beat Him'...There was nothing more Barrera could do but get Screwed!"

Boxing 2000: "Morales-Barrera: Boxing's Latest Scoring Fiaso! When the Wrong Guy Wins, Everybody Loses"

Boxing Monthly: "There Has to Be A 'But'...Morales and Barrera served up a truly classic Encounter, but the decision left rightsiders scratching their heads"

"One Point, Five Points, close or convincing, the thought that was foremost in my mind and that of most others, was that, REGARDLESS of the Margin, Barrera had won."

Only someone from Morales family,a nutthugger or someone who doesnt know how to score a fight had that fight for Morales.

As for the second one i dont have any problems with Morales winning that fight but it was a 7-5 type of decision, having it 8-3-1 Morales is just ridiculous might as well take nutthugging to another level and say Morales won that fight by KO.

The last fight of the trilogy i had it 7-5 for Marco Antonio Barrera yea Morales come on in the second half of the fight but it wasnt enough IMO for him to get a draw much less win.

In the end of the day there was some bad decisions (the first one for EM the second for MAB) but the official score of the trilogy is right and its 2-1 for Marco Antonio Barrera and nothing can change that, accept it or keep on denial i dont care it just is what it is H2H MAB> EM. Peace Out :good
