I hope Usyk will fight on the undercard of Loma vs Sosa. It's like god copy/pasted them but in different weight divisions! Lomachenko is getting only 29 and has all the time to become TBE! **** Mayweather be prepared for the new generation which is already here!!!

Jesus Christ, he's an old man. 29 years old. 29-30, 30-31, 31-32 = 3 full years of actual prime left. How that doesn't sadden anyone is beyond me. A TBE level fighter and we've only got 3 years of his prime remaining and all of the beltholders from two divisions have just run scared.

i thought he was turning 28, its defintely saddened me, i hope we get to see him clear out at least 1 division completely without everyone running scared and/or Arum offering stupid money

I think sports science has shifted the typical prime north of 30. Remember the commentary when Ali beat Foreman? 'He's regained the title at the age of 32!'.

And it seems this generation of EE fighters turn pro much later on, although this may change in the coming years as pro boxing becomes more established in these countries. Loma has plenty of years left, although this might be mitigated depending on the number of wars he has. Miles on the clock counts for as much, if not more, than the number of birthdays.

I think Loma can go longer than 32 as long as he doesn't lose his movement speed, he hasn't taken much damage compared to other 29 year olds due to few pro fights + completely dominant in many of his pro+am fights. Also, it seems that with modern nutrition top athletes can last longer, e.g. Federer at 35 just won another GS, Zlatan Ibrahimovic at 35 is still playing very well.

Similar case with Usyk who is also the same age.
