I'll favor Lora slightly. Tapia doesn't have the height and reach to trouble him like Raul Perez, or the punching power of Gaby Canizales to stop him. Although Tapia can try and outwork Lora he'll be getting countered hard. I see Lora beating Tapia in a close but clear fight in an entertaining scrap.
