Two of the most feared punchers of all time. But, who had more power?

Foreman was pure destruction. He is the epitome of a big punch.

Most common opponents/sparring partners named Liston.

That is what we have to work with, and it is not very much.

Not much between them, both enormous hitters. Testimony from sparring partners would indicate Liston is definitely in his league.

    Liston .

The Big Bear broke his sparring partners ribs while wearing 24 ounce gloves .

He was extraordinary . A freak of nature . Arguably the most physically strongest HW of all time .

Foreman arguably had the heaviest hands in boxing history. Look at the way he socked up the enormous C00ney. That was just natural power.
