Probobly put Hearns at his peak if need be ,Welter or Jr. Middleweight. We all know Hearns was a much better fighter but always thought it was amazing when both of these guys executed that Right hand.

Wilder never KO'ed anyone with a chin as good as Duran's. Hearn's right hand was a thing of beauty wasn't just raw power, but technique, set up and execution was far superior to Wilder's telegraphed right hand.

Wilder didn't fight anybody intil Fury and failed to get him out of there.
Hearns slept Duran and sent him to the Shadowrealm.....Duran had never been stopped and is considered one of the ATG's.
Before anyone chimes in with Kong. who's he fought in the top 10?
Hearns has to be better because he has a far higher level of all round skill and fought a far higher level of competition so is therefore tested and will have more oppurtunities to land. If Wilder fought the rest of the top 10 in his division he more than likely loses at least 2-3 fights and that's me being generous. There's no evidence to say otherwise.

I feel Hearns fought stronger opposition than The Bronze Dosser did.

Duran was durable, but Hearns dwarfed him. Hearns was much better than Wilder overall so that allowed him to land his best punches more easily. I'm going with Wilder.

Hearns and not by a little. Wilder is a great can-crusher whose power basically disappears against fighters with decent chins.

Raw power i probably go with Wilder he knocked out guys bigger than him and he didnt even know how to throw a punch the correct way. If he had Hearns technique he would be scary.

Hearns technique in delivering his right hand is impeccable.
P4P Hearns right hand carries more behind it.

Hearns KO of Duran was nightmarish. And Duran had a very good chin too wheras Breazeale just had a decent chin

Obviously Wilder hits harder but pfp gotta go with Hearns.

Wilder has dropped multiple times or stopped every fighter he has fought. With his level of ability, even 100% of the time KOing gate keepers, this is really impressive. Nobody else has done it. Hearns had the advantage of being very large and very skilled. Weight wise Wilder was almost always at a size disadvantage, and skill wise, often was too. But he always harmed his opponent hugely, with a single dynamite punch. Wilder by far
