    1) Americans dominate the lower divisions, that is why. This will end when more Central Asian/Eastern European boxers from the amateurs in the lower weight classes start crossing over to professional boxing. What is funny is that very few Olympic caliber amateur boxers from those regions even cross over to the pros, just imagine when they start to cross over in abundance lol.
