Voted for "who'd give him a hard fight", not "who'd beat him".

    175lb
    Beterbiev

    Bivol

Both would go through Canelo like a curry through a nun.

    168lb
    Benavidez

would beat him in a exciting fight, but i see youth and size winning.

    168lb / 160lb
GGG has been there done it 2 twice already, and got robbed. 3rd would probably end with KO win for King GGG.

BJS I think stylistically poses the biggest problems for Canelo with his movement and southpaw stance, but will he get the decision in the US where is style won't be looked upon as favourably against the aggressor especially vs the cash cow Canelo.

Beterbiev probably has the best chance of actually getting a victory as he's the most likely to stop him with his insane power but I think Canelo with his defence could give Beterbiev a tough fight.

Beterbiev will walk through Canelo, too much firepower for Canelo and still not old.

GGG showed two different styles against Canelo and I believe first one was a clear win for GGG, second was close but again win and was close due to the style GGG chose.

Both fights took a lot of effort from Canelo and he took damage, especially that shot in 10th round (if I remember the number of this round correctly) in second fight.

This time I think GGG will go for knockdowns and KO and he has the highest chance to succeed out of all possible fights.

I'm sure Bivol has said he can make 168 quite comfortably.

he would be my pick as 'best bet'.

Plant I think has the skillset, a bit like BJS I'm not sure he has enough pop to stop Canelo walking him down.

BJS is a funny one - a bit like Calzaghe used to do, Bily has a tendency to fight (down or up) to his opponents level. Based on that it's possible that Canelo brings out the best BJS we ever seen - but even then I can't see BJS stopping Canelo, and Canelo at this stage is never going to be schooled, so can't see how BJS (or Plant for that matter) win a decision - unless Canelo has a serious off night.

Beterbiev I think Canelo just steers clear of - on paper IMO he is the worst match up for Canelo; if Canelo has the 'pitbull' physique, then Artur is simply a bigger dog, and his inside game would take away Canelo's best attributes - although Canelo's defense would keep him competetive for a while, Beterbiew would beat Canelo with his bodfywork and stop a gassed and spent Canelo late. IMO this would be a good example of a 'the good bigger man, beats the good smaller man'

BJS has the right style to force Canelo into fighting on the front foot, don't know if he'd pull off the victory though.

Beterbiev is the one most likely to beat Canelo out of the ones listed.

He's clearly the best fighter in the world below 168. Clearly.

Am I missing something? Canelo clearly prefers 160-168, why is everyone saying Beterbiev and Bivol? He’s likely not going back to 175.

Andrade. He's willing to stink up the joint and Canelo struggles vs that kind of fighter. He hasn't fought one since the last time he struggled. And of course, the lightheavyweights but those guys are just too big.

Canelo poses a unique problem in that his style is very hard to prepare for and he's got over 50 fights of professional experience while still in his physical prime. Obviously you'd have to favor both Bivol and Beterbiev because of their size but I can see Canelo out boxing both

I agree. Canelo wins, but at least Charlo has a great chin, a great lead hand and would be willing to trade in the pocket. It would be a fun fight.
