    I honestly think Jofre was every bit as powerful as Zarate and Olivares.

    Yes on Inoue. For whatever reason bantams can get more KO's than heavyweights. Never could figure out why.

    V. Darchinyan was a top level hitter at flyweight. By the time he moves up to bantam he was past his best ( but still won a belt )

    I'd put him in the mix too. Agree with the rest of the names.

    Still thinking of this subject matter, there was a Mexican bantamweight from the early 70s named Julio Guerrero who fits this bill. He made it up to #1 contender, but he was a Bob Satterfield type. If he didn't knock you out, he would have likely got knocked out. But had that chilling power, nevertheless.
