Randall Bailey imo. Not the fighter AA or Wlad, or some of the other big punchers are, but his right hand is as close to a true one-punch lights-out punch in boxing currently.
Peter definitely has a very hard punch as well. The fact he never gets to showcase it in his biggest fights is the reason he doesn't get the cred that others get.
Lemieux is still untested, I get that. But surely his power has to be acknowledged, he did knock out Ayala 11 rounds quicker than Arthur Abraham. That has to be worth something...
David Lemieux right now. What he did to Ayala was very impressive. Remember Ayala took AA through 12. Lemieux didnt seem to loading up on his punches either. Just short fast hard punches. And not that many of them.
