Bailey. Every other guy that people have mentioned has other qualities that make them capable of delivering a perfect punch, be it Vlad with his height and length and great jab, or AA with his frustratingly tight defense that encourages fighters to open up. They set their knockouts up. Bailey, though, has one thing: a huge right hand. And he has still managed to compete at a high level with just that one thing. No set up, he just throws it and if it lands you're going down.

Arthur Abraham, Maidana, Randall Bailey, Juanma Lopez.. guys like Lemieux haven't tested their power against top opposition and Tua hasn't fought anyone good enough in years.
