That was more to do with Wlad having a chin that resembles wet toilet paper.

 

Maidana - Look slow and pummeling not snappy, but dang they hit hard

Hamed - He looks of balance before and after throwing and seems to stretch far as possible, hard punches though.

 

Alexis "El Flaco Explosivo" Arguello looks like a skeleton, but had a tremendous straight right. Kinda unbealivable that hit coult Knock people out whith one punch.

I think there is a bit of confusion . Are you asking who physically dont apear to punch hard but can ? Or are you asking whos punch's when thrown apear to be soft but are very hard?

In the Wlad match he was using his humongous punches in tag team combination with his head, no wonder Klit went down

Margarito hits hard, he visibly hurt Pac and Cotto in the second match, despite the fact he barely managed to land like 3 punches on them :conf

 

I was actually going to make this thread the other day after watching some Foreman fights.

He could hit someone with something that looked slow and sluggish and the guy would be destroyed.
