:lol::lol: You silly sad f#ckers. I dont need to build Calzaghes resume on this thread, because just about all of these fighters wins and losses lead back to Calzaghe, who as you know was undefeated :smoke.
Benn lost to Eubank who Calzaghe beat.
Echoles lost to Hopkins who Calzaghe beat etc

    Get the picture

But this thread isnt about that and me listing McClellan, Benn, Lacy, Mitchell etc is all good.
Reid was world rated also, as was Vanderpool.
I dont recall F Liles being taken out before, how Mitchell took him out

Man you need to post more stories , the people you have met are amazing.

Even though he didnt really fight in this division and sort of skipped through , I think Tommy Hearns needs a mention.

    With his head, maybe.

And just because I've seen his name mentioned a few times, Jackson never fought above 160.

Yeah, coz all the footage in that video is fake and I created it all to discredit a serious powerpuncher who got his stoppages via cold KOs. :patsch

Yet he was the hardest punching SMW. Manos de piedra.
doesn't mean he was anything else but he was a devasting puncher w/ no other skills.

At SMW id go with Benn , although Michael Watson when he moved up in weight took and improved on his power , his 2nd fight with Eubank says it all, unfortunately we`ll never know

Benn was definitely more of a banger at MW, and as atberry said earlier, he was less effective against some of the big guys who had dropped to SMW, plus the fact he was less reckless and more measured as his career went on.

In his autobiography though he says that fighting Henry Wharton left him in a real bad way, it was a worse beating than he'd had from Eubank even though he won - but he said of the fight with McClellan that he'd never been hit that hard before.
