Hardest sounding punches

Take all of Razor Ruddocks fights, and there are boom sounds every time he lands his Smash...

Especially tyson-ruddock 2 were extremely noisy!

 

That KO is one of the few times in all my years of being a fan that I honestly thought that a figher might have been killed in front of me.

Im glad Banks was KO, I seriously wondered though if he was dead, he fell back and lay on the ropes like a man that had been shot in the head.

visually it was terrifying, but combined with the sound of that final left hook made me jump out of my gotdamn chair....that fight was already wild with the brawling and nwodo was in serious trouble and needed to be pulled out of there which unfortunately didn't happen...the way he fell i thought i saw a fatality on national television...sick knockout

 

There are three that come to mind.

Ibeabuchi-Byrd...probably the loudest of all punches I've ever seen.

Lewis-Rahman II...probably the HARDEST punch I've ever seen. Just 250 lbs behind that punch, full force, flush on the chin. No one was getting up from that.

Lewis-Vitali...the uppercut in the 6th...the loudest punch i've ever seen during broadcast. I watched that fight in a room with a bunch of friends, and that shot made everyone shout "JEEEEEEESUS CHRIST!!!"

Actually, the loudest puncher I've seen live was Wladimir Klitschko against Sam Peter. i was amazed that Peter could take those punches...I had a seat in the back, and every time Wlad landed a right hand, it sounded like a shotgun blast. Amazingly powerful shots.
