    I think there's nothing to stop fighters fighting 15- or 20-rounders or whatever they want in certain states of the USA.
    Does Oklahoma even have a "boxing commision" ?

    Tyson KO1 Carl "The Tructh" Williams in '89 was scheduled for 15. BoxRec has it listed as 12 but I think they are wrong.
