He just isn't very good by the looks of it, the dude in charge of Pak1stani boxing told him to drop down a weight class because they had a better option, who couldn't qualify either.

I know a lad who stopped him, knocked him silly a few years back in the AMs although he has improved since then

 

apparently haroon couldn't qualify for one of those tournaments, he went to ****stan and lost a qualifying match to another pak-istani, yes, the brave haroon with all his wealth of amateurish experience and his access to state of the art training couldn't beat a amateur from a country least known for its boxing.
