Nothing was harsh but as has been pointed out some joker fighters have won this thing nevermind medalled in it. It's not great.

you've been so far wide of the mark since you started commenting on Haroon and although I didnt think it was possible you are getting wider and more embarrassing.

Not everyone gets another chance to go to these competitions if they don't do well enough to be selected for their country.

Haroon should perhaps celebrate his success, so he should, he's done well and be glad he got a second chance to go. That's something many other Brits not selected to go to the games won't have the chance to do, they'll be fighting harder next time to get in the GB team.

No way is Haroon better than Yafai, but fair play to him for getting there on his own initiative and medalling.

Was Yafai really injured, or did he just not want to travel to India; like half the British/Australian athletes when they saw the pictures of the favela they were supposed to live in?

Does anybody else think that was suggestive?

No, never saying it directly, just suggesting it so you can deny it afterwards, as I'm sure you will here.

Come on Ishy, that's exactly like him

He was not frozen out...at least one boxer from England, let alone Great Britain was keeping Khan out of the GB squad. The only reason this is kind of making the press is because he is Amir's brother.
