I appreciate martial arts and consider boxing to be an important one. None of the other arts train your fists to be such a potent weapon.

Other martial arts I sporadically train is Wing Chun and mauy thai, but I have to be careful because it is very easy to get confused when learning different stances and getting the footwork and technique right.

Without discipline then you can't achieve anything in life, and this helps filter through in other areas.
