Either of these makes for an interesting if not especially good match up though i fancy Audley against both tbh

yes that press release came out around yesterday lunchtime so we should hear something soon, sprott and has already got a fight lined up and williams is fighting sexton on the katsidis/mitchell undercard, what with most of the others already having fights lined up it leaves us with dimitrenko, hoffman, virchis, vidoz.

virchis would be interesting as he hits also dimitreko has a size advantage which could also be interesting.

sadly im picking a shot to bits vidoz to come over for an easy payday plus an easy nights work for audley.

I fancy it to be Danny tbh there is more needle there and it is the more winnable by recent performances for Harrison

I think they would both leave those fights for a better payday agaisnt harrison. It could be on the uncdercard of Mitchell Kastidis if its agaisnt Williams. Sprott and Williams are easy sells as well. Sexton would probably get Chisora again

Harrison Williams ffs, what a joke of a fight the guy is finished. Harrison will do a better job than last time, Baker the fat man beat Williams and now he is having a Euro shot??

Shame Chisora/Williams didnt come off no doubt Chisora would be British Champ now and Harrison/Chisora would be a much more exciting prospect.

Neither Williams nor Sprott should be allowed to contest such a prestigeous title at this stage. What a joke.

    Alexander Ustinov would be nice.

    Won't happen though.

    Exactly.

Sprott has been losing to fringe Euro opposition for the past couple of years now, earning decent money in Germany.

Williams laboured like **** twice with Big Bad John McDermott...... who subsequently lost to a seven fight novice (regardless of what you think of the score).

I'd go as far as to say that the heavyweight scene must be bad for either of these two (and Harrison for that matter) to be in line for a European title shot. These are average domestic level fighters at best - if that in Williams' case these days.

Williams I don't believe is elligable as he is not in the top ten (14). This also applies to Vidoz (18).

    Michael Sprott would be (7).

My feeling is it will be Sprott or one of the russians.

I think the idea is for Harriosn to actually win something:good So no doubt we will be left with Sprott as european champion lol and Audley will find solace in his drawing board

    :deal

I usually think of EU titles as pretty legitimate but if either of these guys get a shot it will be a total joke. :-(

Its like having watched Mathew Macklin and Jamie Moore leave part of themselves in the ring for the british title- watching Gary Woolcombe and Portman contest the vacant one. Crock of ****.
