Am I the only person who had Belghecham winning? I could see a draw, or maybe even 115-113 Barker, but Affif CLEARLY won rounds 7 - 11.

 

Aye, my Irn Bru went up my nose and come back down again when I read it but it was worth it.

 

He's pretty much a less skilled version of Khoren Gevor. Almost identical, just not as good.

The thing that annoys me is that if Barker had been on the wrong end of that decision there'd be a rematch before August. Belgncham will never get a rematch. Deserves one though.

 

116-114 was about right, the 8 points was an insult to the french lad who really came to fight, clearly doesnt have the power or skills but had the heart to take the fight to Barker on foreign soil good luck to ya Frenchy. Barker had a pretty bad night tactically and still won a close fight against a game dude that dont make him a bad fighter. Does need to assess fights better though, trying to fight up close against a spirited little brawler wastes energy and gave the guy a way into the fight. Estupido

 

Barker did not land a decent punch for about 6 rounds. Got rocked every round. Pathetic.
