Hahahahahahahahaha Sky have Haye vs. Harrison as a PPV event at £15 and Pac vs. Margarito is free (if you have Sky Sports) the same night I know they are catering for a specific audience (mainly UK casual fans who are clueless) but that's a ****in riot
Obviously because in England the Haye/Harrison fight is more popular involving two famous local fighters.
Not all of them but a good few fights on HBO are on Sky in the UK and Ireland. It's not ''free'' technically, as Sky is satellite TV and you pay monthly for it, but there is no extra fee.
As long as they don't involve a British fighter, yes they are! Pac/Cotto, Floyd/JMM, Pac/Oscar, Floyd/Shane......we never paid a single penny for them! And when Pac/Floyd happens, we won't pay **** for that either! :good
I kind of figured that Sky is on satellite, but thats still cool that you don't have to pay extra for the fight. I live in Canada and I have satellite but I still have to pay $50 for the fight.
Free Sky, PPV Sky...Free HBO, PPV HBO I canceled HBO and Showtime and instead watch things online. I'm sick of this extra charge BS. I barely ever watched their movies. I am willing to pay a subscription again......when an all boxing, combat channel comes out. Screw the movie channels.
well here in the us you have to have some sort of cable provider to get a ppv..so u do get those fights for free....it is laughable that paquiao is free, since he is not only famous here in the us but in the world...i wouldnt watch haye even if i get tickets to go watch him fight...but hey uk fans used to be knowledgeable, not anymore, obviously!
It's the other way around in the US. Pacquiao-Margarito will be a very expensive PPV, and the only way for Americans to watch Haye vs. Harrison will be free (and not legally, either).
