    I think Arroyo was a little better than Rafael. Arroyo was one of those guys with a short prime but he was good during that time. I think he would box a little more than Rafael who was more prone to getting in to slugfests. I also think Arroyo was a little more gifted as a pure boxer and smoother. I'd take Arroyo by decision over 15.
